Historically, voter turnout in Northbrook has been low. In 2023, only 10.96% of registered voters cast their ballots, and in 2019, turnout was a mere 5.12%. Even the highest turnout since 2009, recorded in 2021, reached only 23.71%.
This year, we have contested elections for Village President and Village Trustee positions, providing a meaningful opportunity to influence the direction of our community. Your vote is crucial in shaping the future of Northbrook, as local elected officials make decisions that directly impact our daily lives.
Take advantage of the convenience of early voting to ensure your voice is heard. For more information on voting options, visit the Village of Northbrook's Voting & Voter Services page.
Let's work together to improve voter turnout and strengthen our community. A more engaged Northbrook is a better Northbrook.
